Day 4 in the big old country and we finally performed a show. The WYO theatre in Sheridan was the place and very nice it was too. Despite some pre show concerns over whether the jokes would travel everyone seemed to like the show.
Sheridan itself is lovely. A town straight out of the Wild West, we paid a visit to "Dan's Western Wear" although I wasn't allowed to buy a hat, and visited the Sheridan Inn, an old coaching house once owned and frequented by Jesse James. At the end of the day we wandered toward a rib house and then into The Mint Bar, a real old cowboy bar (with real live cowboys). Karina got caught up in the moment and ordered a whisky- I stuck to Bud.
So a good day, the show is up and running and off we go again tomorrow to Colorado.
Till then
Alan
